This project was introduced to the sub-contract client by Keightley Construction Ltd, we completed the take offs, competed in several stages of tender negotiations through to the awarding of the £2.5m package for the drylining, decoration and fire stopping. Keightley Construction provided commercial support to the completion of the site including monthly valuations, management of variations and providing support for payment of sub-sub-contract labour.
